The ingredients in e-liquid are vegetable glycerin, propylene glycol, nicotine and flavourings, with MTL a 50/50 juice is recommended, which produces small amounts of vapour when exhaled, this is made up of 50% propylene glycol and 50% vegetable glycerin, this is recommended due to vaping at low wattages on MTL devices. DL vaping you typically use 70/30 e-liquid but you can use 50/50 e-liquid, 70/30 e-liquid is 70% vegetable glycerin and 30% propylene glycol, this type of e-liquid is thicker and produces thicker, bigger, denser vapour clouds.
When starting the best style of vaping is MTL, this gives you the best start at giving up cigarettes. There are varying strengths of nicotine with this style from 3mg up to 20mg, depending on how many cigarettes you smoked would depend on the strength of nicotine you require, but, an average smoker, smoking 20 cigarettes a day would start on 12mg as the standard mg of nicotine in a cigarette is 12mg.
